NGC7822, known as the Question Mark Nebula, is a young star forming complex. The youngest parts being only 1 million years old. The multiple hot, young stars illuminate the surrounding dust and gas highlighting intricate structures.
I will be doing a close up of the pillars located at the center of the nebula at some point. To me the “question mark” shape is a symbol of how many unanswered questions we have.
